Kogan People Solutions, recruiters, are partnering with a proven logistics management provider, working with many industry verticals across Australia. As they grow, they seek a skilled and qualified Analyst to drive optimisation across the business.
**Tenure -**The role is full time and ongoing.
**Location -**Kew East VIC
**Salary -**A outstanding salary is offered in the range of $75k to $85k plus superannuation per annum.

**Responsibilities will include**:
- **Process Optimisation**: Map, analyse, and redesign workflows in areas like inventory, order fulfilment, and transportation to boost productivity and cut costs. You'll identify bottlenecks, evaluate existing systems, and recommend innovative solutions including new technologies and automation.
- **Data-Driven Improvements**: Utilise data analytics to uncover inefficiencies, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and continuously refine processes for optimal performance. You'll provide regular reports to management on progress and areas for further enhancement.
- **Strategic Collaboration & Change Management**: Work across cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, Finance) to implement new systems and procedures. You'll facilitate change, provide training, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring compliance and managing risks.
- **Resource & Cost Efficiency**: Analyse budgets, staffing, and supply chain elements to identify cost-saving opportunities and maximise resource utilisation without compromising service quality.
- **Technological Optimisation & Workflow Automation**:Review and assess existing technologies and tools and suggest new software, automation tools, or upgrades to streamline operations and increase effectiveness.
- **Vendor Management & Compliance Management**:Evaluate and work with various vendors to improve service levels. Ensure all operations comply with relevant industry regulations and internal policies.
**You will need to demonstrate the following attributes and strengths to be considered**:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or agreed equivalent.
- At least 1, preferably more, years of experience in process improvement, operations analysis, or a similar role, particularly within a logistics or supply chain environment since acquiring your qualifications.
- Proficiency with specific software tools (e.g., ERP systems, WMS, TMS), data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, or BI platforms.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on improving company outcomes while achieving personal and team objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid references.
