Melbourne Inner East - Caregiver (Kew East)

**About the role**: We are currently hiring passionate and caring CAREGivers to join our Home Instead family! As a CAREGiver you will be part of a growing team that assists our clients with personal care, light household duties, meal preparation, medication reminders, and transport to appointments, shopping, and social outings.

This role will allow CAREGivers to work flexible hours that enable you to work during the day, evening, or weekends while making a difference through providing compassionate home care and supporting individuals to live independently at home. We are currently seeking CAREGivers ideally available in the morning from 9am onwards.

At our Melbourne Inner East office, we service areas from Ivanhoe to Malvern East including Melbourne central suburbs. Enthusiastic and compassionate CAREGivers are the key to our success, with no prior experience or qualifications necessary.

**About you**:

- Have a big heart, patience, and a desire to help improve the lives of seniors and their families.
- Be personable, compassionate, approachable, and able to build relationships.
- Must have a Certificate 3 in Individual support or equivalent
- Must be located and willing to travel up to 20 minutes within Melbourne Inner East Suburbs.
- Must have minimum 3 days availability from Monday-Friday.
- Must have a valid driver license, access to a reliable car, and have comprehensive car insurance.
