Receptionist / Guest Experience Associate - Denza Kew

About the Role DENZA Kew is seeking a polished, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist / Guest Experience Associate to join our premium showroom team. This role combines hospitality-style front desk service with guest greeting and concierge-style customer engagement, and is critical in delivering a refined first impression of the DENZA brand. Denza Kew is a premium EV and luxury automotive dealership located in the heart of Kew. You will be the first point of contact for all showroom visitors, acting as a brand ambassador while ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless, welcoming, and high-end experience. Key Responsibilities Guest Welcome & Front-of-House
- Proactively welcome all showroom visitors in a warm, professional, and confident manner.
- Act as the first point of contact and guide customers to the appropriate Sales Consultant or team member.
- Manage walk-in traffic and ensure a smooth, organised customer flow within the showroom. Hospitality & Customer Experience
- Deliver a premium hospitality experience, including offering refreshments and maintaining customer lounge standards.
- Ensure reception, lounge, and meeting areas are always presented to luxury brand standards.
- Support VIP visits, test drive appointments, and customer events. Brand Representation
- Represent the DENZA brand with professionalism, poise, and attention to detail at all times.
- Communicate basic showroom or appointment information when required.
- Support brand activations and special events as needed. Reception & Administrative Support
- Answer and direct incoming calls and general enquiries professionally.
- Assist with appointment bookings, basic data entry, and administrative coordination.
- Liaise closely with Sales and Management teams to support daily operations. About You Essential
- Previous experience in hospitality, front-of-house, guest relations, concierge, luxury retail, or premium customer service roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to engage customers.
- Professional presentation and a service-oriented mindset aligned with a luxury environment.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced showroom setting. Desirable
- Experience in automotive, luxury retail, or showroom environments.
- Bilingual skills highly regarded.
