**About our Surrey Hills
- Elgar Road Centre** Conveniently located off Elgar Road and just a short drive from the main street, you’ll find our beautiful early learning Centre. Our Centre is purpose-built over two storeys with nine rooms, beautifully landscaped outdoor play areas, interactive learning spaces, state-of-the-art commercial kitchen and a central piazza for collaboration with children from across the Centre.

*** **What You Bring**: You’re ready to make an impact with:

- A Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education
- 5+ years of early childhood experience, with at least 3 years in management
- Skills in budget management, rostering, and compliance documentation
- Knowledge of the Reggio Emilia approach and strong familiarity with EYLF and NQS
- First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Training
- A Valid Working with Children Check (Employee) and Mandatory Reporting
