- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards using fresh ingredients
- Make fresh salads and wet dishes that match our quality and taste.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient meal preparation and service
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests
- Keep the kitchen organised and flowing smoothly in a quick-paced environment.
- Assist with stocking ingredients, ensuring everything is fresh and ready to go. What We're Looking For
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in a similar role
- Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and organisational skills
