- Lead the business analysis and intelligence team in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of market and business data.
- Drive the development and implementation of data analytics, business intelligence strategies, and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsto identify business needs, opportunitiesfor growth, and process improvements.
- Present insights and recommendationsto senior management for strategicdecision-making.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data and reports.
- Design and manage business intelligence reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
- Perform complex data analysis to extract useful business insights and identify trends.
- Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of business intelligence tools and systems.
- Lead the research and evaluation of emerging trends in business intelligence and analytics.
- Mentor and develop team members in business analysis and intelligence methodologies. Skills and Qualificiations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or business intelligence roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management position.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience using Microsoft Power BI.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience using SQL and database technologies.
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience
- Proven track record of implementing successful business intelligence and analytics strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft PowerBI and data analytics methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid leadership and project management skills.
