- Mostly Monday- Friday 11:00-19:00 and one shift being 06:00-14:00.
- Prepare fresh, nutritious meals for students
- Contribute to menu ideas using local ingredients
- Monitor stock and minimize wastage
- Adhere to hygiene standards and following proper food handling practices
- Deliver healthy choices and guidance to the future generation
- Parking available on site THE PERSON
- A qualified Chef with Cert 3 and 4 in Commercial Cookery
- Experience with cooking in bulk quantities
- Solid understanding of allergen management and food safety
- Passionate about healthy and nutritious food
- All-rounder experience and able to cook Savoury & sweet desserts
- Able to have a valid working with children's check & Police Clearance
- Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations THE BENEFITS
