**Who we are looking for**

Our clients are doing amazing things and so is our team! In response to clients’ increasing needs for financial brokage, we are now seeking an experienced financial broker to join our team. You will have lots of autonomy and flexibility in how and when you work. You will need to be highly organised, very people focused, love to communicate to people of varied backgrounds and enjoy being part a multicultural team.

You have ideally developed your career in reputable organisations preferably banks or funds, strong corporate/commercial experience and a pragmatic, commercial approach, superior communication ability with bilingual skills. You are a team player, focused on team growth and goals, as well as your own professional and personal goals.

**Responsibilities (Reference only, please adjust where needed)**
- Meeting with potential clients, understanding their financial goals and formulating initial risk tolerance assessment.
- Conducting research for financial products.
- Formulating and presenting executive plans to clients, addressing clients’ questions and concerns.
- Obtaining loans, or other financial products on behalf of clients, striving best deals possible for clients.
- Maintaining accurate and updated records of client files and transactions.
- Staying updated with new financial products, governing rules and regulations, sound practices and investment platforms, etc.
- Developing, maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients and other relevant stakeholders.

**Skills and Experiences**
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experiences, preferably in banks or funds.
- Profound understanding of lender’s practice and risk management
- Robust communication skills, fluent in Chinese Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
- Tertiary qualifications in finance, banking are preferred but not essential.
- Proven ability to work independently.
