Receptionist/HR Administration Support person on a full-time on location basis
working with the CEO in Surrey Hills at Fletchers Head Office.
Previous front of house experience along with positive administrative skills is what we
are looking for. The successful applicant is someone who provides a welcoming
approach for both clients and colleagues. A positive can do attitude with strong
attention to detail and able to work in a fast-paced setting are keys to the role.
Having had experience in HR administration (not payroll) will be well received.
Your daily work will involve multi-tasking that includes:
Reception-based role as the welcoming face of Fletchers
HR administration support
Inbox management with the utmost discretion
Managing casual staff
Liaising with internal stakeholders, clients and external service providers
Ensure smooth office management for the head office team
To be successful in the role you will:
Have 3
- 5 years of reception and or HR Admin experience
Be technology savvy and proficient with the MS Office Suite
Demonstrate excellent judgement, proactivity and attention to detail
