As one of the oldest secondary educational girls school institutions in Melbourne, this prestigious organisation is seeking a part time Human Resources Administrator to join their team to assist to deliver a project.

Working as part of a team of two and closely with the Human Resources Director, your role will add value to the team by assisting with project HR Administration support to ensure annual accreditation.

With a lovely setting that is extremely professional, your leader is experienced, approachable and down to earth!

This role will run for up to 12 weeks.

Your Role

Reporting into the Human Resources Director, your role will involve:

Balancing Annual Leave

Drafting employee correspondence

Collating survey results

Assisting with payroll administration

Booking Interviews for open vacancies

Updating policy documents

Contract creation

Collating documents

General HR Administration support

Your Profile

You will have excellent communication and presentation skills and pride yourself on your proactive attitude. You will pick up current software systems quickly and have a keen eye for detail.

You will have experience working within an HR Administration capacity and be available to commence immediately.

To be considered for this role, you must have a valid Working With Children's Check and be available to work 3
- 4 days per week from 8.30
