Central Burgs is a busy American-style smash burger restaurant based in Balwyn, known for delivering quality food, fast service, and one of the best burger experiences in Australia.

We’re currently looking for a reliable and experienced Cook and Restaurant All-Rounder to join our team full-time. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering great food and customer service.

About the Role:


- Cooking and food preparation
- Kitchen Cleanliness Standards
- Operational Systems to follow
- Serving customers and handling orders
- Restocking and maintaining store presentation
- Cleaning and maintaining venue standards
- Supporting the team during busy service periods
- Helping create a welcoming customer experience What We’re Looking For:


- Previous experience in a fast-paced food or hospitality environment
- Ability to stay calm and organised under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
- Strong customer service skills
- Must hold a current RSA What We Offer:
