**Supply Planning Analyst | Hanes Australasia | Kew**

**A bit about the role **

Join Hanes Brands Australasia as a Supply Planning Analyst and be a key player in ensuring seamless supply chain operations. Your responsibilities will include analysing ordering needs, recommending and placing weekly purchase orders, managing stock levels with suppliers, conducting quality data analysis, capacity planning for top suppliers, and identifying opportunities to optimize inventory and service levels.

You will collaborate closely with operations, sales, sourcing, and demand planning teams to meet inventory and sales targets while forecasting future business needs.

**What skills will I need**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret planning data and foresee supply issues
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency for data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external suppliers
- Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain management (preferred)
