Specialist Cardiac Physiologist (Balwyn)

As a Specialist Cardiac Physiologist (Echocardiographer) you will undertake best practice delivery of a wide range of echocardiography procedures. Our echocardiography services include both outpatient & inpatient transthoracic echocardiography, exercise stress echocardiography, dobutamine stress echocardiography & assisting with transoesophageal echocardiography studies. Your responsibilities will include delivering best-practice echocardiography and basic electrophysiology procedures, such as ECG and Holter monitor attachments. Additionally, you will support various functions as assigned by the Clinical Services Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the clinical services unit. **Who you are**:

- You have a post graduate qualification in the field of cardiac ultrasound
- A current registration with Australasian Sonographer Accreditation Registry (ASAR)
- You possess sound clinical skills in the field of echocardiography
- Excellent interpersonal & patient care skills with the ability to show a friendly and professional approach
- You are committed to continuous learning and staying at the forefront of developments in cardiac ultrasound techniques.
- Current Australian Driver’s License and ability to work across several locations in the east/south-east Melbourne region on a rotating roster.
