We are very excited to be partnering with a Speciality Global Pharmaceutical company, to assist them in finding an Office Manager / Executive Support.
Supporting the Australian General Manager and wider management team, you will be the key contributor to the efficient operation of the Australia Head Office.
**An overview of what your varied responsibilities include**: Providing timely and professional support to the General Manager and wider management team; Preparing communication, reports, spreadsheets and presentations; Organising and preparing for meetings, as well as taking minutes; Travel and accommodation bookings; Assisting with new employee onboarding including coordinating their induction, orientation and training; Maintaining customer contracts and agreements, ensuring an up-to-date database at all times; Managing expense re-reimbursement; Preparing quotations and providing administrative support to the Sales team; High level support to the Marketing Manager including conference and event organising, and assisting with the collation of marketing materials; Building and maintaining solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders; and
Facilities Management.
**To be considered for this position we are seeking**: Previous Office Management and Team Assistant or Executive Assistant experience; Proficient in the use of Word, Excel and Powerpoint; The ability to create spreadsheets and presentations from scratch is required; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Proven ability to work autonomously, problem solve and work to deadlines; and
