The Role

This role will suit someone with commercial building surveying experience who is looking to grow within a supportive and qualified environment. Responsibilities will vary depending on experience and registration level, and may include:

Commercial building code assessments + inspections

NCC and regulatory compliance advice

Report writing and documentation reviews

Liaising with clients, consultants and authorities

Support through the building permit and certification process

About You

Demonstrated experience in commercial building surveying

Sound knowledge of the NCC and relevant Australian Standards

Registration as a Building Surveyor preferred but not essential

Strong communication and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skilled, proactive and detail-focused
