Receptionist Canterbury

i-Fit Group is an elite Allied Health Clinic based in the Inner-West. We are hiring for a skilled Receptionist who has the ability to work in our dynamic and fast-paced clinic! i-Fit Group offers services under NDIS and WorkCover.

You will be responsible for assisting practitioners in their day to day schedules. You will ensure the smooth operation within the office. You will be the first initial contact of all i-Fit Group clients and will be providing excellent customer care. Attention to detail and enthusiasm is highly regarded for this position.

The successful applicant’s key responsibilities will include:_

Manage patient bookings:

Ensure COVID-19 Safety Procedures are maintained:

Organising tea and coffee:

Ensuring office cleanliness:

Meeting and greeting of patients:

Organising venues for workshops:

Assisting with reports:

Compiling marketing material for events:

Database management:

Management of all patient data, correspondence:

Invoicing and receipting of consultations:

Liaising with referring doctors:

General administration

Requirements_

Experience in similar role within the health and medical field:

Attention to detail:

Multitask and time management skills:

Exceptional interpersonal skills:

Robust administrative and organisational skills:

Communication Skills:

Professional phone etiquette:

Understanding the NDIS:

Certificate in Medical Receptionist will be highly preferred:

Ability to build rapport:

Ability to speak Arabic would be highly desirable for this role
