We have an exciting opportunity to join John Flynn Retirement Village as a Personal Care Worker. We have both Permanent, Part-time and Casual roles available across a number of different shifts and days. These care roles are in our Low Care Unit and Special Care Unit.
We strive to be the exemplars of quality in the aged‑care industry and champions of the continuum of care model; delivering care that is tailored to our residents' health needs, preferences and rights, and we're looking for the right kind of people to join us on this incredible journey.
In this role you will
Develop lasting relationships with our residents and their families.
Follow our residents' individual care plans, providing care that would be good enough for mum and dad.
Use the latest technology – including our own purpose‑built care app myRyman.
Work closely with, and support your colleagues creating a great team environment.
About You
To thrive in our supportive and caring workplace you will have:
Certificate III/IV in Ageing Support or Certificate III in Individual Support.
Kindness in your DNA.
Strong empathy.
A reliable, friendly and professional style.
