Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for calculating and issuing client invoices for accounts receivable, ensuring support documentation.

Responsible for accounts payable transaction processing.

Assist with reconciliations.

Assist to ensure accounts compliance with all standard business requirements.

Assist improving relevant standard operating procedures (SOP)

Ensure fully utilise accounting software and other integrated software systems to achieve completion and efficiency of tasks.

Perform other accounts administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Required experience in invoicing receivables and accounts payable transaction processing and payments.

Highly preferred, accounts experience in a job cost accounting workplace.

Solid organisational and multi-tasking skills.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
