About the role

We are a business advisory and sales firm looking for an energetic Office & Client Experience Coordinator to become the heartbeat of our office. This is a full-time, on site role in Surrey Hills, Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. Full Australian working rights are essential.

You will be the face and voice of the business, helping shape first impressions while keeping the team organised behind the scenes.

What you will be doing

Creating a warm, professional and memorable first impression for clients and visitors Managing calls, emails and enquiries with confidence and clarity Supporting the team with documents, admin tasks and day-to-day coordination Keeping our online presence current through simple website updates Assisting with marketing materials and client communications using templates Ensuring shared spaces are always presentation-ready Jumping in wherever needed to support a high-performing team

About you

You are organised, proactive and take pride in your work You communicate clearly and feel comfortable speaking with clients You enjoy variety and can juggle multiple tasks with ease You have solid Microsoft Office skills Experience with Adobe InDesign is a bonus, not a must You may be starting out or bringing transferable skills in reception and administration.
