Job Description Lead the business analysis and intelligence team in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of market and business data. Drive the development and implementation of data analytics, business intelligence strategies, and frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teamsto identify business needs, opportunitiesfor growth, and process improvements. Present insights and recommendationsto senior management for strategicdecision-making. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data and reports. Design and manage business intelligence reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions. Perform complex data analysis to extract helpful business insights and identify trends. Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of business intelligence tools and systems. Lead the research and evaluation of emerging trends in business intelligence and analytics. Mentor and develop team members in business analysis and intelligence methodologies.

Skills and Qualificiations Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or business intelligence roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management position. Minimum of 3 years of experience using Microsoft Power BI. Minimum of 2 years of experience using SQL and database technologies. Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience Proven track record of implementing successful business intelligence and analytics strategies. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Expertise in Microsoft PowerBI and data analytics methodologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
