About the Role Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) is committed to creating equitable employment opportunities for all. We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Post Placement Support Consultant in our Bankstown Office. You will monitor and provide post placement support to participants in employment, identify barriers to ongoing employment and provide a solution focused approach to assist the participant in maintaining employment. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, can work independently in challenging situations, and are passionate about building positive relationships with stakeholders. Solid engagement skills, self-motivation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel will help you succeed in this impactful role. **We’re Looking for People Who**:
- Completion of, or willingness to enrol in Certificate IV in Employment Services
- High attention to detail and computer administration skills to effectively track and obtain documentary evidence for outcome claims
- High level customer centric approach and the ability to show empathy to job seekers and clients.
- Good working knowledge of local, state and national labour markets.
- Demonstrated experience in meeting KPI’s and ensuring compliance.
- Cultural competency and sensitivity, with experience working in multicultural settings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
