**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE**:

- A passionate people focused person.
- Keen to work in a lively environment which requires multi-tasking; promoting and being involved in events/programs/challenges, assisting members achieve their health goals, providing exercise programs/fitness appraisals, maintaining a clean and tidy facility and assisting at reception.
- A quick thinker with a professional and positive attitude who is motivated to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Competent with technology; apps, point of sale and membership enquiries.
- Someone who practices and encourages a healthy lifestyle.
- Ready to work 15+ hours per week, with flexibility to work various days/times. Shifts include a variety of early mornings (5am starts), nights (10pm closes) and weekends (7am
- 7pm).

**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Certificate IV in Fitness
- Senior First Aid and CPR
- AUSactive registered professional
- Working with Children Check
- Children & older adults trained

**DESIRABLES**:

- Human Movement/Exercise/Sports Science Degree or Diploma of Fitness
- NSW Driver Licence
