$32.73 gross per hour plus super

AM Shift: 6:00am
- 2:30pm and Half Day Fridays

The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting and operating machines, ensuring quality production, maintaining equipment, and promoting a secure working workplace.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Set machine operational information (speed, cut size, type).

Maintain press condition through cleaning and tool maintenance.

Transfer sheet metals between presses, minimize waste, and maintain cycle times.

Ensure parts meet quality standards and technical specs.

Perform quality control checks based on defined frequencies and drawings.

Monitor equipment, perform minor fixes, and report issues.

Collaborate with maintenance for equipment breakdowns.

Adhere to workplace safety procedures.

Propose ideas to improve efficiency, safety, and quality.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 years of press operating experience.

2 years of industrial manufacturing experience.

Solid communication and teamwork skills.

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Positive mindset and willingness to work in a team environment.
