We are seeking a cook to join our team. Location: Entertainment Park Bankstown (Sydney) About the Company: We are an Indoor Entertainment facility located right next to Bankstown Airport. We have many facilities to offer that include our 3,500 square meter Go-Kart track, 6 lanes of Bowling, Mini Golf, Racing Car simulators and a Café. About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Cook to join our back-of-house team. This role involves supporting the smooth operation of the kitchen, assisting in food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and ensuring food safety standards are met at all times. Skills and Experience:
- Work as a team unit to maintain customer flow
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must be citizen of Australia
- Attention to detail, creativity and consistency
- Solid work ethics whilst having excellent organizational skills
- Strong understanding of the importance of food safety and hygiene
- Ability to work safely, with a team and maintain cleanliness and order Job Duties:
- Prepare, cook, and present a diverse menu
- Carefully follow standard recipes
- Support Head Chef in tasks like ordering from suppliers, accepting and checking deliveries, checking pre
- Flexibility to manage special dietary requirements
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
