We’re seeking an experienced and inspiring Retail Store Manager to lead our Bankstown Showroom, guiding a passionate team and creating memorable experiences for every customer.
- Support and motivate your team, nurturing a culture of collaboration, respect, and achievement
- Drive sales through a deep understanding of our products and genuine, consultative service
- Partner with the Regional Sales Manager to shape strategies that delight customers and grow business performance
- Maintain the showroom to an impeccable standard, ensuring it reflects our brand’s quality and attention to detail
- Resolve customer enquiries with care and professionalism, always striving for outstanding outcomes Qualifications What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in retail sales, ideally in furniture or high-value categories such as jewellery, automotive, bedding, or luxury travel
- A confident and approachable communication style with a positive, can‑do attitude
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem‑solving
