W Win Engineering has a close knit dynamic team of highly experienced and qualified Engineers, Mechanical Fitters and Welders. Due to continued growth of both our retail workshop and new line pump sales we are currently looking for a Full Time **Service Coordinator.**

**About the role**

The purpose of the role is to assist the workshop service team in managing the daily workflows which will include repair, diagnostic and servicing of concrete pumping equipment and parts.

The key tasks and responsibilities of the role include:

- Coordination of workshop and service technicians to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction
- Strong communication with workshop service customers and internal team
- Scheduling the trades staff to project jobs and repairs
- Taking phone bookings from customers in need of workshop or onsite service jobs
- Prepare work order estimates and documentation for all service jobs completed in the workshop
- Quoting and invoicing of service jobs
- Working closely with service technicians and liaising with customers to ensure timely completion of all workshop service jobs

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Warehouse or Workshop: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
