Based in Milperra, Sydney's South West. W. Win Engineering is a dynamic team of highly experienced and qualified Engineers, Mechanical Fitters and Welders.

Due to continued growth and an established presence in the concrete pump market, we're seeking a motivated individual to help us improve all aspects of our spare parts processes from ordering, receiving, picking and packing.

**About the Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a **Spare Parts Interpreter** located in **Milperra**. We are seeking a motivated professional to join our existing team due to ongoing growth and business expansion plans.

Reporting through to the Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will be:

- Spare parts interpretation and processing of parts orders
- Manage customer enquiries efficiently, identifying parts and dispatching in a timely manner
- Inventory control & stock management
- Liaise with Service team to meet their parts requirements
- Assist with aspects of warehouse when required
- Respond to and maintain / update spare parts related Tasks
- Adhere to workplace health and safety procedures

**About You**
- Some technical and practical ability, or the desire to increase your knowledge in this industry
- The ability to communicate well with other staff, suppliers and customers.
- A strong customer focus service focus
- Proficient computer skills and an eye for accuracy and detail.
- Good grammar, spelling and numeracy skills.
- A high level of attention to detail in the warehouse environment.
