Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia (HCA) is a leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a customer service qualified with prior experience and the flexibility to work weekend shifts. This is a permanent role on a day shift, with a hybrid working roster available once your training is complete.

Roster: Sunday to Thursday

Experience working within a high-volume, energetic, call centre or customer service environment is highly regarded

Availability to work weekend shifts, on a Sunday
- Thursday roster

Experience processing sales orders will be advantageous

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to direct high-volume inquiries

Robust computer literacy skills

Helpful and adaptable approach when understanding customer needs with an ability to navigate and solve complex issues

The ability to professionally articulate to internal and external customers
