About The Role As a Shift Leader/Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll work side by side with the Assistant/Restaurant Manager to run a smooth, high‑performing restaurant that delivers unforgettable experiences every shift, every guest. You’ll help build team culture, drive performance, and make sure every guest walks away satisfied (and maybe with a tub of tabouli in hand). What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting daily restaurant operations and being the Restaurant Manager’s trusted partner
- Leading the team with energy, clarity, and heart
- Training and coaching staff for growth and efficiency

- Managing rosters and team scheduling
- Helping hit KPIs and supporting financial performance
- Ensuring Food Safety, cleanliness, and WHS standards are always on point
- Staying ahead of stock so the Famous Garlic Sauce never runs out About You
- You’ve led teams in a QSR or fast‑paced hospitality setting
- You’re currently an Assistant Manager or an experienced Shift Leader ready to step up
- You bring a calm, confident leadership style that earns trust
- You’re passionate about food, people, and great service
- You’re a robust communicator who lifts others up
- You’re confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
