- Manage supplier coordination and delivery scheduling for local and international procurement activities
- Maintain stock availability across warehouses and Fabrication facility through inventory monitoring, forecasting, and stock transfers
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and service
- Support procurement reporting, SAP master data maintenance, freight invoice checking, and inventory analysis
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with company quality, safety, and procurement policies About You
- Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or inventory coordination
- Robust organisational and time management skills
- Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems
- Intermediate to advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capability
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
