**Role Description**

This is a full time hybrid role for a Marketing Executive located in Sydney, NSW, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for market research, market planning, and strategy implementation. Key responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and analyzing marketing campaigns, engaging with team members to achieve sales goals, and maintaining communication with both clients and internal stakeholders. The role also involves supporting the development of marketing plans and delivering innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and growth.

**Qualifications**
- Marketing and Sales skills with a strong ability to drive campaigns and revenue growth.
- Proficiency in Market Planning, Market Research, and strategic implementation.
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with diverse teams, stakeholders, and clients effectively.
- Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Business, or a related field are preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, creativity, and adaptability in a dynamic business environment.
- Previous experience in the franchising industry or similar sectors is a plus.
