Based in Padstow, we are looking for a Customer Solutions Supervisor to join our national contact centre team.

You will be responsible for leading a high performing team who provide effective solutions to our customers. You will also be responsible for achieving Customer Solutions Centre targets that are linked to the overall business strategy & growth.

In this role, you will be able to maintain our unique offerings to our customers and key accounts through continuous improvement across process, systems, customer, financials and most importantly, our people.

**About the role**:

- Implement strategic and tactical initiatives that support Sales Growth, Efficiency and Customer Delight.
- Accountable for creating an engaged workforce and ensuring that the values of the organisation are demonstrated in day to day business activities.
- Responsible for ensuring that all customer interactions are managed in a way that optimises outcomes for the business and our customers alike.
- Hours will be Monday
- Friday 9.00am
- 5.00pm with rotational late shift per fortnight, from 11.00am to 7.00pm
- Supervise a team of Customer Solutions Consultant by providing guidance and support including the ability to provide constructive tips and improvement opportunities.
- Passionate about developing future talent and developing and exploring ways to grown your own skills.

**About you**:

- At least 3 years’ experience as a Sales Consultant, with proven performance in achieving targets.
- Good organisational & time management skills with the ability to prioritise conflicting tasks.
- Energetic, results driven and with an enthusiastic approach.
- Strong administrative skills including attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexible and with the ability to operate in a dynamic and changing environment
- Proficient in the use of MS Office.
