Experienced Dental Assistant (Bankstown)

Advanced Health Dental & Implant Centre is located on the ground floor of Bankstown’s state of the art Flinders Centre, adjacent to the Bankstown Sports Club. Our team is looking to add an exceptional receptionist to our growing practice.

As an _**experienced**_ Dental Assistant you will work closely with the clinicians to provide excellent customer service. As the first point of contact you will have the ability to build rapport with patients, you will contribute to the culture of the Dental Centre and have a high level of administration capabilities. A cross trained dental assistant/receptionist is desirable but experience as a chair side assistant is a must.

Other key responsibilities will include;
- Provide chair side assistance to our Dentists and Oral Health Therapists
- Adhere to the highest level of infection control policies
- Maintain a clean and safe environment and personal presentation.
- Have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to effectively follow through with tasks
- Comply with policies and procedures
- Have knowledge and ability to confidently assist with dental procedures where required

You will have the following attributes:

- Proven **experience in Dental Assisting**:

- Computer literacy, experience with dental software (Praktika highly desirable)
- Robust communication skills to build rapport with patients
- Good time management and high attention to detail
- Excellent listening skills and teamwork mentality
