Telemarketing Representative (Bankstown)

We're seeking a motivated Telemarketing Representative to join our team in Sydney, Australia, and help us expand our reach within the local restaurant industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads list.
- Conduct software demonstrations as required and effectively communicate the value proposition of our app.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria.
- Schedule appointments for our Customer Experience team with qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Experience team to ensure seamless hand-off of scheduled appointments.
- Meet or exceed daily appointment setting targets.
- Stay informed about our products/services and industry trends to engage with customers effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or appointment setting is highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear and confident phone demeanor.
- Ability to engage prospects and establish rapport quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Pay: $42,760.00
- $101,634.35 per year
