Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and orders
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and effectively
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Liaise with internal teams such as warehouse or sales when required
- Provide support to warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and receiving stock when required

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer issues calmly and professionally
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using basic computer systems (training provided)
- Reliable, punctual, and well-organised
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
