Service Advisor (Condell Park)

SWEA is an industry-leading business supplying high quality European automotive parts. We are a family owned business and have been in operation for over 35 years, establishing a well-respected reputation and large customer base.

Our South West Sydney branch includes an automotive workshop specialising in European passenger and light commercial vehicle repairs and servicing. Due to ongoing growth, we are now seeking a Service Advisor for a permanent position, working Monday
- Friday 8 am to 5 pm within a close-knit team.

As a Service Advisor you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Manage customer booking and service enquiries
- Generate quotes
- Prepare RO’s and invoices
- Manage and communicate with all relevant parties
- Provide exceptional Customer Service

To be considered for this position, you will ideally meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience as a service advisor
- preferably European model vehicles
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Work unsupervised
- Proactive work ethic
- Exceptional personal presentation
- Proficient computer skills
- Team player, motivated, organised
