Customer Service / Sales Support
- Padstow Reece International Quadratics (IQ) have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Customer Service person to assist our growing business.

**Duties for the role include but are not limited to**:

- Answering of telephone enquiries from our customer base
- Process customers’ requests for delivery / release of orders
- Generating customer quotations
- Deliver prompt responses to customer enquiries on stock availability and technical information
- Inputting Sales Orders
- Liaise with suppliers for pricing and product availability
- Coordinating deliveries and liaising with our warehouse team.
- Experience in delivering exceptional Customer Service
- Positive mindset and works well being part of a team
- Effective problem solving skills
- Strong administration, time management and organisation skills
- A valid driver’s licence and relevant PC skills are required
