Customer Service Representative (Bankstown)

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bankstown. If you enjoy helping customers, building strong relationships, and being part of a dynamic team, this could be the perfect role for you. Key Responsibilities:
- Providing outstanding customer service via phone and email
- Handling general sales enquiries
- Building relationships with customers
- Preparing and following up on quotations, negotiating, order input, etc. The ideal candidate should have:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Motivated, proactive, and customer-focused
