- Has previous Early Childhood experience
- Understands the National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Has knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of child safety and child protection
- Understands WHS/OH&S; requirements
- Has knowledge of children’s health, hygiene and nutrition needs
- Has fantastic communication skills
- Brings a proactive, positive and can-do attitude
- Understands administrative responsibilities
