- **Key Requirements**:_
- Experience using EDI CargoWise operating System
- Understanding of freight forwarding processes & Incoterms
- Robust written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks
- A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- **About the Role**:_
- Monitor shipments and proactively keep clients informed
- Coordinate with overseas offices and agents
- Prepare detailed client status reports for key accounts
- Deliver exceptional customer service—including on-site visits when needed
- Support business growth by upselling and strengthening relationships with existing customers
