Assistant Dispatch Supervisor (Milperra)

**What we are looking for?** We are seeking a warehouse Assistant Dispatch Supervisor to join our warehouse team and assist the warehouse supervisor in handling our day-to-day operations in our incredible Milperra Distribution Centre. This professional multitasker will help oversee receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities within the warehouse. You will also ensure the warehouse area is safe, clean and organised, ensuring quality standards are met at every turn, and assist with the implementation of efficiencies within.

**Your Day-to-Day Will Include**:

- Report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor
- Supervise and assist in managing warehouse tasks and personnel including warehouse assistants
- warehouse stock takes
- receiving/ dispatch processes
- coordinate truck and delivery pick-ups for distribution
- Inventory control andmaintaining accuracy
- Monitor warehouse efficiency, including procedures, stock levels and computer systems
- Manage and inspire staff to be motivated and productive in our high-tempo, dynamic business
