- BH-26617-1**The Company** Working with this well-known, brand name Australian organisation, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive products and service to their clients and customer. Based in the Milperra area, this opportunity requires an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

**The Role** Working within a close knit team environment your duties will include;
- Liaise with local and international supply partners
- Create purchase orders according to relevant requirement and needs
- Prompt and efficient follow up of purchase orders
- Place orders on vendors for stock, non-stock items
- Maintain inventory master files, including kits and BOM’s
- Create stock transfers for components from different warehouses
- Maintain records of all product specifications and drawings
- Maintain kit data, costings, update and distribute supplier price lists
- Work closely with the customer service team, accounts and corporate teams

To be the successful applicant you will have;
- A proven track record in a similar role, particularly with shipping and importing exposure
- Robust analytical skills and ability to interpret reports and data
- Experience with SAP, although not essential, would be advantageous
- Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and work unsupervised and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Maturity and a sense of urgency
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
