- The stability and global opportunities of the Beijer Ref Group About the Role This is a secure, full-time Monday–Friday role, with optional weekend work available across the branch network. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will:
- Help customers find the right products and solutions (training provided)
- Assist with stock control and inventory management
- Support warehouse operations including picking and packing
- Operate a forklift (we’ll fund your licence and training if needed)
- Use internal systems to process orders and enquiries (full training provided)
- Deliver great counter service and support trade customers
- Build strong relationships with local tradies and technicians
- Maintain a secure, clean and organised workspace in line with WHS standards

What We're Looking For We value attitude and team fit just as much as experience. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Experience in warehousing is preferrable
- A forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one (company funded)
- A genuine passion for helping customers
- Customer service or retail experience (trade or technical environments highly regarded)
- Strong relationship-building skills
- A practical mindset and willingness to learn new technical skills
- Confidence communicating with customers and teammates
