Machine Operator (Bankstown)

Protech are looking for experienced (Food) Production Machine Operators to perform work with our client, located in Revesby.

You will be working with a reputable producer of sauces, seasoning and marinades.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Immediate start
- (Temp to Perm)
- 38 hours +
- Day shift 6am
- 2pm and OT as required

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Operate production machinery
- input data for the run
- Working within a high-speed food production plan
- Monitor equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Quality checks
- Complete relevant production data required
- Adhere to company Food Safety & Quality Policies and procedures
- Working with the team maintain efficient line units / output
- General housekeeping

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- Exp within a Food production environment
- HACCP and/or GMP understanding
- Mechanically minded
- Understanding of process compliance & continuous improvement
- Physically fit

- Machine operation: 1 year (preferred)
- Food Manufacturing: 1 year (preferred)
