Full Time 0-2 Assistant Educator (Condell Park)

Nurtured Beginnings Condell Park is a new owner operated and purpose built 68 place centre on the outskirts of Bankstown. Our philosophy is inspired by theorists such as Friedrich Froebel, Emi Pikler, Loris Malguzzi
- Reggio Emilia and John Bowlby
- Circle of Security. We have a strong emphasis on supporting staff, families and children and are looking for a vibrant and inspired individual to assist the 0-2 room leader in daily operation of our babies room.

**Early Childhood Educators Cert 3 and up only.**

Room Assistant position available in 0-2 room.
- **Essential Criteria**:_
- Must hold a current recognized qualification
- Required: Cert 3, Diploma or ECT
- Knowledge of EYLF and NQS
- Experience with implementing programs and completing observations.
- Current approved Child Protection Qualification
- Minimum 2 years experience in the industry

**Required for all roles**:

- A genuine love for the industry and desire to do what's best for children in your care
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid Certificate (ACECQA approved)
- Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate (ACECQA approved)
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work in a team workplace
- An energetic, positive attitude and the drive for continual growth

- $46.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
