Palmers Relocations' is seeking an experienced Customer Service
- Move Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Chullora, NSW. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless relocation experiences for our valued clients.
**Key responsibilities**
- Coordinate all aspects of residential relocations (local, domestic and overseas), including planning, scheduling, and overseeing the moving process
- Liaise with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements, and develop tailored relocation plans
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure effective and timely execution of moves
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all relocation activities
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and address any concerns that may arise during the moving process
- Provide excellent customer service and act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their relocation journey
**What we're looking for**
- Previous experience as a Customer Service
- Move Coordinator or in a similar customer-facing role within the relocation industry
- Solid organisational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Proficient in using relevant software and technology to support the relocation process
- Ability to work collaboratively with the wider operations team to ensure seamless relocations
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances

- Chullora NSW 2190: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
