As demand continues to grow across Sydney, we’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join our service team. The Role We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Plumber to take ownership of service, repair, and diagnostic work across a range of sites. This is a hands-on role focused on reactive maintenance plumbing, fault finding, and drainage work, with strong support from an experienced team. You’ll be trusted to run jobs, deal with clients, and deliver high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities
* Maintenance plumbing, servicing, and repairs across Sydney
* Fault finding and diagnostic plumbing work
* Drainage maintenance and minor installations
* Use of jetting equipment and CCTV drain cameras
* Leak detection and problem resolution
* Working across residential, strata, and commercial properties
* Client communication and in office professionalism
* Managing jobs efficiently from start to finish What We’re Looking For
* Cert III Plumbing qualification (fully licensed plumber)
* Minimum 5+ years’ experience (maintenance/service plumbing preferred)
* Strong experience in fault finding and reactive plumbing work
* Exposure to drainage, jetting, and CCTV
* Strong problem-solving ability and time management
* Reliable, self-motivated, and takes pride in workmanship
* Current NSW driver’s licence (required)
* Own tools
* ServiceM8 or Xero experience (beneficial but not essential)
* Backflow testing licence (advantageous) What We Offer
