- Take ownership of D&C; tenders
- Consult and build relationships with Clients, Vendors and other Individuals
- Review tender documentation
- Conduct takeoffs
- Support Estimating Team
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and quoting Skills Required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy (proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organisational & time management skills.
- Stakeholder management skills.
- Building & Construction Background/Understanding (preferred but not necessary)
- Driven, energetic and motivated.
