Receptionist (Condell Park)

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and motivated Receptionist to join our team in Condell Park. As the first point of contact for clients, suppliers, and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a positive and professional impression of our business while supporting the day-to-day operations of the office. Key Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and directing enquiries
- Greeting clients, visitors, and suppliers
- Responding to emails and booking appointments
- Managing calendars and schedules
- Data entry, filing, and maintaining records, orders
- Supporting staff with general administrative tasks
- Keeping the reception and office area organised
- Microsoft Office and comfortable using MYOB
- Friendly and professional, Organised and reliable
- Good at communication
- Comfortable using computers and office software
- Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
