Are you a Migration Lawyer / Registered Migration Agent with 5+ Years Experience? Chidiac Legal is seeking an experienced Migration Lawyer or Registered Migration Agent to lead and manage their migration practice. This is a rare opportunity to step into a well-established and trusted practice with an existing client base, strong referral network, and supportive team environment. The Opportunity You will take full ownership of the migration practice and lead a small, capable team. The role includes:
- Managing a broad range of visa matters across most visa subclasses
- Meeting with and advising clients directly
- Overseeing files end-to-end
- Leading and supervising a team of two (Admin Assistant and Junior Solicitor)
- Training, mentoring and upskilling junior staff

- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in migration law
- Registered Migration Agent or admitted Lawyer
- Competent across a wide range of visa subclasses
- Confident managing clients and files autonomously
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff
- Professional, loyal and relationship-driven
